In 1924, fired with pioneering spirit and passion, Michael Glatt established his company, a millstone dressing shop in Abensberg. At various locations in Abensberg, the shop evolved into a mill building company with 15 members of staff. Erwin Glatt took over the management in 1964 and established the beginning of a national and international reputation as a specialist manufacturer of silos and pressure vessels.
